The Mission
At NDE, we believe in the transformative power of care and connection found in the salon chair. Our mission is to bring that healing experience to those who need it most by providing free haircuts and basic grooming services to underserved communities. More than just a haircut, we aim to restore dignity, boost confidence, and create moments of peace and self-worth.
By empowering individuals through personal care, we help open doors to new opportunities; whether it's a job interview, a classroom, or simply the courage to face the day. We are in the founding stages, in pursuit of 501(c)3 status, based in the state of New Jersey.
